My name is Chai and although I'm the shop dog at Pretentious Pooch I'm anything but pretentious. I love it when visitors come in and pet and talk to me; but, most of all I love it when other pets come. I sit in the window, in the sun, and watch the people walk and drive past, but lets be serious, I mostly sleep. Please stop in and visit me.

| I am a CKC registered American Bulldog. I came from a one-time litter in South Baltimore and was the last female left in the litter. I am a mix of both bloodlines of the American Bulldog being half Scott and half Johnson. I come from the Mastiff group and am always confused with either a Pit bull Terrier or a Boxer, but I don’t mind because I love to play with both of them. |

| I was born on November 1, 2004 and went home with my Dad's on December 30. |

| I weight about 82 pounds and have since about 7 months old. My collar size is about at 21" and I take a size 28" coat/shirt/dress. |

Some of my favorites are cheese, chicken, kangaroo, salmon, oh and did I say cheese? I don’t care for peanut butter, molasses, or trout.
I love it when I get a taste of spaghetti, hamburgers, hot dogs, and graham crackers. I love it when Dad walks me by the Hot Dog Man in front of PNC (yum yum) and I love grocery-shopping night because I usually get a bite of chicken nuggets or a hamburger from Wendy’s.
In Summer I love to go to Checkers and out to eat in Fells Point. I really dislike it when my Dad’s try to hide pills in food, I am very weary of any new treats until they have been thoroughly inspected by yours truly! |

I love to play with Frisbees, Flying Squirrels, hard plastic balls, monkey sticks, and a busy/treat ball of any kind (I am really good at figuring these out). I do not like any toys from Planet Dog (they smell yucky) and do not care much for hard rubber toys.
I love to play with sticks, as you will see in many photos and videos of me. I also love to go to daycare and play with other puppies and balls. But most of all, I LOVE to play laser, just ask Daddy Tom. |

I like to wear the Collar Ruffs and there are lots of treats that I like.
When it comes to toys, I would go for any monkey stick or that indestructible squeaky ball (I’ll get it one of these days!).
