Vernon in Baltimore City on December 1, 2005, to service well-loved Baltimore dogs with wholesome treats, fashion apparel, distinguished collars, and top notch bath products. For every dog owner, there is a story of how a dog changed a life. The same is true here. When we adopted Chai, the American Bulldog featured on our site, we had no idea how our lives would change. She is the inspiration behind Pretentious Pooch, Baltimore.
