| Store Return Policy |

We want you to be happy with each and every product you purchase. To that end, Pretentious Pooch offers a 30-day return-exchange policy on all products unopened or unused and returned in new saleable condition. Customers must present original sales or gift receipt for all returns and exchanges. Proof of compliance with manufacturer’s recommended use, care, and labeling is required for returns or exchanges based on product quality and longevity.
Returns for cash or check purchases over $75.00 will be issued by check and mailed within 14 business days of the return. All returns are subject to manager approval. Pretentious Pooch reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange. |

| Special Order Policy |
|
Special orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit and are subject to a 10% surcharge to offset the cost of special handling and transit fees. Special orders are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable. Special orders that are not paid in full within thirty (30) days of initial customer notification will be offered for regular retail sale, at which time the customer forfeits any claim to the produce and the non-refundable deposits. |

| Lay-A-Way Policy |
|
Lay-a-way purchases require a 10% deposit and must be paid in full within sixty (60) days of initial deposit or the lay-a-way expires and items are offered for public sale. Expired lay-a-way sales are subject to a 10% restocking fee. |

| Pet Policy |
|
We encourage pets to shop at Pretentious Pooch. All pets must be under strict and direct control at all times. Customers will be held liable for any damages that result from their pet. All pets that enter the store must be properly socialized with all people and animals, friendly, licensed, current with all vaccinations, and not be currently diagnosed or showing symptoms of any communicable diseases or parasites that may transfer to other pets. By entering Pretentious Pooch with your pet you agree to such and release Pretentious Pooch from any and all health and property liabilities that may result and assume total and personal responsibility for any damages or injuries that may occur to store, personal, or third-party property. Pretentious Pooch reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any customer and pet for any reason at any time. |
