Shipping
We use DHL for most of our ground deliveries, but reserve the right to change this carrier at our decrestion at any time and for any reason. Please be advised that this will not change your shipping charges and your package will still arrive via ground delivery with a major US carrier.

You should receive an email on the day that your package is shipped that will include all of your tracking information. This email will come directly from the shipper and will be delivered to the email address you listed upon checkout. We are also happy to directly assist you with the tracking of your package. Your package is being shipped F.O.B. from Baltimore, Maryland. All ground shipments ship at approximately 3pm EST on Tuesdays & Fridays. All other shipments (Expres Saver, 2Day, Overnight) that are in-stock in Baltimore, will leave within one day of receipt of order. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination and the speed of delivery for which you have paid. We do not currently ship any packages on a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

Some items in the store may not be in stock and may have to be ordered from a supplier. Therefore, the shipping method you have chosen only pertains to merchandise leaving our location in Baltimore, Maryland to your desired destination. Delivery from our suppliers to our location is sometimes unpredictable. If a product is abnormally delayed for any reason we will try to contact you, otherwise the product will ship as soon as we receive it.
